  1. Product Information
    •    All PinkXLuxe jewelry pieces are handmade or carefully curated. Slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur due to natural materials or lighting. These differences are part of the unique charm of each piece and do not qualify as defects.
  2. Care & Maintenance
    •    To ensure long-lasting shine, customers are advised to follow the care guide provided with each purchase. PinkXLuxe is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, or mishandling.
    •    Avoid putting perfume directly on jewelry.
    •    Do not put bleach on your jewelry.
    •    Do not expose jewelry to heat.

  3. Allergy & Metal Sensitivity Disclaimer
    •    We get our jewelry from hundreds of suppliers all over the world. The majority of our jewelry is nickel-free, but it is not guaranteed unless stated explicitly in the item description. However, many cases of allergic reactions are actually caused by the cleaning solutions used rather than the metal. Safely check a cleanser by dabbing Q-tips into it and testing a small area on your skin.

  4. Order Processing & Shipping
    •    Please place your order online by following the easy instructions to check out items you have added to your shopping cart.
    •    Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
    •    Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
    •    Once dispatched, PinkXLuxe is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier.
    •    Our delivery charges are /- Flat nationwide.
    •    Orders above 10,000 will be confirmed after payment of 2000 Rs via bank       deposit.
  5. Returns & Exchanges
    •    We have a strict no return/no exchange policy.
    •    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 working of delivery at care@pinkxluxe.com or on our Instagram with photos of the product. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
    •    We provide exchange on damaged item if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  6. Payments
    •    We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards and COD approved payment partners. PinkXLuxe does not store payment details.

  7. Intellectual Property
    •    All content, logos, images, and designs under PinkXLuxe are the property of the brand. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  8. Privacy Policy
    •    Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing, delivery, and promotions (if consented). We do not share your data with third parties.

  9. Custom Orders
    •    Custom pieces are made to order and may take additional processing time. Once confirmed, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
